Founder's Note

Literally every dessert that we make at Artinci is all about the yummmm pleasure. Importantly, it is also about the quality of calories in that dessert. That's where the Artinci Protein Laddoo scores, and scores BIG! With 20% protein per laddoo, it is literally a laddoo that comes bearing gifts. Because, let's face it - getting enough protein in, consistently day after day, is challenging and perhaps boring too, especially for someone like me, who eats a predominantly vegetarian diet. We need at least 1 g of protein per kg of body weight daily. With an active lifestyle, that number goes up to 1.5 g. That makes the requirement of protein anywhere between, 50 to 115 g per day, depending on your weight and lifestyle. That's a lot of protein! This Protein Laddoo makes getting protein interesting and yumm. Almost half the laddoo is chock-a-block with seeds and nuts - protein, good fats and fiber - all checked! This is my new favourite snack to wake up to - the Protein Laddoo and a cup of great filter coffee before my morning run or the gym.
