Delivery Policy

Delivery Timings: We ship within 24-48 hours of the order. Sundays not included. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time as it depends on the third party courier company.

Third party logistics: We operate with best of third-party logistics for our last mile delivery. Our couriers are known for their high standards and quick turnaround times. Artinci does not take any responsibility of any delay caused by the courier partner due to issues at their end. In case of any issue, we will try and resolve the situation to the best we can.

Delivery Charges:
We do not charge for delivery for orders above Rs 500. However, there are a few exceptions -

  • If for any reason, the delivery is "refused by recipient", the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We however can attempt the delivery again in which case delivery charges would be borne by the customer.
  • Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery date. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made, and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
  • For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery date.
  • If there is some serious issue and delivery is not possible to any address/locality due to unavoidable circumstance (like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days etc), we will issue Credit voucher of paid amount or Refund a part/full amount depending on the nature of cancellation of specific order.

Successful Order Fulfilment -

  • Order will be considered to be successfully executed and complete in cases like wrong address mentioned by sender, or inability of the courier partner to contact the customer, if the delivery address premises are locked, recipient of order is not available, and recipient has refused to receive the order due to any reason (not due to any product issue from Artinci).
  • Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in case of permission not granted to our delivery executive to enter the delivery location. For example, the orders where delivery locations are premises like hospitals, Govt agencies, societies, resorts hotels, any personal or public property, etc. and the recipient number is not reachable.
  • In case you feel that the product received does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product via whatsapp on 8050119996 or message us through our website. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and action.
