What makes an Artinci sweet different

Most “sugar-free” mithai leans on dates, jaggery, or maltodextrin — all of which raise blood sugar. We don't use any of them. Our sweets are built on nut and seed flours, whole grains, pure desi ghee and fibre, sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. Frequently asked questions

Are Artinci sweets suitable for people managing diabetes?

They're made with people watching their blood sugar in mind: no added sugar, low-GI sweeteners, and no maltodextrin. Every recipe is CGM-tested for a flat glucose response. As with any food, portion still matters, and if you're managing a medical condition we always suggest checking with your doctor.

What do you sweeten with instead of sugar?

Our SweetSmart™ blend uses stevia and monk fruit, balanced with fibre for taste and texture. No maltodextrin, no dextrose, no maltitol — the high-GI fillers hiding in most “sugar-free” products.

Are these really sugar-free, or do you use dates and jaggery?

No dates, no jaggery, no honey. Those are still sugar — jaggery is roughly 65–85% sucrose and dates carry a high natural sugar load. Calling them “sugar-free” is the loophole we refuse to use.

Is there maida in your mithai?

Never. We build our sweets on nut and seed flours, whole grains and pure desi ghee — so you get fibre and good fats, not empty refined carbs.

How do they taste compared to regular mithai?

Like mithai. That's the whole point. Slow-roasted, hand-finished, full-flavour — the recipes changed the sweetener, not the soul.
