Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellations can be processed within 12 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at team@artinci.com, whatsapp us on 9380470764. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
  • Cancellation of cake orders: Cake orders cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed. Artinci shall have a right to charge a cancellation fee to the extent of Rs 100 up to the order value (inclusive of applicable taxes), with a right to deduct the cost of material and delivery partner fee as the case may be.

Returns & Replacement:

  • Purchases made from online store of Artinci cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. The decision of our management will be final.
  • The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  • Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. Any queries or concerns beyond a day of receiving a day after order delivery date will not be entertained.
  • Failure to deliver for no fault of us but due to the reasons like incorrect or lack of information/authorization, erroneous addresses, then such Items shall be deemed to have been duly delivered. In such an event, you shall make payment for the same.

You may reject the Item and not be liable to make the payment, if:

  • You have received the Item/ packaging in a damaged state or in a state not fit for human consumption,
  • You have received an incorrect product

  • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon delivery of the product at the designated address. Thereafter Artinci will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

 

Returns:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to: 32/4, Chummys Chalet, MTBJJV school road, Garudacharpalya, Mahadevapura. Landmark - Behind Spot on courier., Bangalore, KA, 560048, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
