It was good but can be improved

I liked the cake I ordered . It was creamy and rich but each bite I felt there was some crystal sugar in the cake. I know it's sugar free but something which I can't point out but there was something crystalline.The cake could be moist.
Also, I would like the packaging better,I mean after opening it up I would like to reseal it if I have not had all the cake, some self sealing box would be better.
